Agnes Bruckner

Agnes Bruckner, born August 16, 1986 in American state of California, is an actor. Bruckner is an American actress and model. She was born on August 16, 1985 in Hollywood, California. Her parents have both a Hungarian father and mother who is a Russian mother, both of whom divorced. Her parents met in Hungary and emigrated into the U.S. in 1984 through refugees in Italy. There are two sisters as well as a younger brother. Bruckner began her career when she was 11 years old. In 1999, she appeared in a variety of commercials as well as television pilots. She also appeared on the drama series for daytime viewers The Bold and the Beautiful. At the age of 15, Bruckner got her first leading role in the independent film Blue Car (2002), which featured her as the role of a student at high school who is involved in an affair with her teacher played by David Strathairn. Roger Ebert said that Bruckner "negotiates the script's difficult aspects in complete confidence". Bruckner got the Independent Spirit Award nomination for "Best Female lead" in the character.
